- Dice the avocados by cutting them in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a bowl.
- Cut the mango down the sides of the pit and dice the flesh, making sure it's ripe.
- Chop the red bell pepper and red onion.
- In a large bowl, toss together the diced avocados, mango, bell pepper, and onion.
- Drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss well.
- If desired, add chopped cilantro and mix to combine.
