  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar You can reduce the amount for a less sweet treat.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Measure accurately for best flavor.
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers Blend in a food processor for fine crumbs.
  • 2 oz butter, melted You can use unsalted butter if preferred.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Any type will work; choose based on preference.

Method
 

Mix Your Cream Cheese
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth.
Form the Cheesecake Bombs
  1. Spoon out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill Out
  1. Refrigerate the rolled cheesecake balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Dip and Decorate
  1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second bursts. Dip each cheesecake bomb in the chocolate, then place back on the parchment.
