Preparation
- In a large skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat until cooked through.
- Stir in the baked beans, cream of mushroom soup, corn, and seasonings into the skillet.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and layer the diced potatoes on top.
- Sprinkle cheese generously over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes, removing the foil at the end for a golden top.

Notes
This casserole is excellent for leftovers; it tastes even better the next day. Serve in a Pyrex dish with a salad or crusty bread. For variations, if out of cheese, substitute with crushed tortilla chips.
