  • 200 g pasta of your choice Fusilli or penne works well.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Recommended: Frank’s RedHot sauce.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Half-and-half can be used for a lighter option.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For added flavor without peeling.
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • for garnish green onions For presentation.

Method
 

Boil the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions (10-12 minutes).
Cook the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat. Add shredded chicken seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir for 3-4 minutes.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce
  1. Pour heavy cream and buffalo sauce into the skillet. Stir and let simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
Combine Pasta and Sauce
  1. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated with sauce.
