Searing the Steaks
- Season both sides of your steaks with salt and pepper, and heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
- Cook your steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time if you prefer them more done.
Creating the Creamy Garlic Sauce
- Remove the steaks from the pan and set them aside to rest.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Whisking the Sauce
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and whisk until it melts into the sauce.
Serving
- Plate the steaks, pour the creamy garlic sauce over them, and garnish with fresh parsley.
