Method
 

Mix the Base
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the milk, honey (or maple syrup), lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until combined.
Add the Chia Seeds
  1. Stir in the chia seeds until all the seeds are evenly distributed.
Set It in the Fridge
  1. Cover the bowl with cling film or transfer it to jars and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Serve with Love
  1. Once set, give it a good stir before serving. Top with your choice of fresh fruit, nuts, or even a drizzle of more honey.
