- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli and cook according to package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, chop your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, and if you’re feeling adventurous, add a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, lettuce, and dressing.
- Toss in the grated Parmesan and give it a final gentle mix.
