Wet Ingredients

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle over the batter.
Baking
  1. Bake the bread for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
