  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use thick Greek yogurt like Fage for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Maple syrup can be used for sweetness adjustment.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Essential for a lovely aroma.
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit Berries are common, but feel free to experiment with other fruits.
Optional Toppings
  • to taste crushed nuts For added crunch.
  • to taste shredded coconut Great for extra flavor.
  • to taste mini chocolate chips Kids favorite!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Drizzle in the honey and vanilla.
  3. Fold in the fruit gently.
  4. Spoon the mixture into your silicon molds.
  5. Pop the molds into the freezer.

Notes

If the bites are too hard to remove, let them sit out for a minute before trying to take them out. You can freeze them for later or blend the mixture into a smoothie if it doesn't work out.
