- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the meat and onions together until they’re fully cooked. Drain the fat.
- Once the meat and onions are browned, add the garlic, diced tomatoes, broth, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
- Add the gluten-free pasta and give it a good stir.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4–6 hours, or on high for 2–3. Stir in the ricotta cheese just before serving.
