Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend Doves Farm works well.
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum Helps bring the dough together.
  • 1 tsp salt Use sea salt for better flavor.
  • 1 tsp baking powder Provides a light rise.
Wet Ingredients
  • ¾ cup warm water Should be warm, not boiling.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Any olive oil works, but a fancy one adds flavor.
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar Adds tang and helps soften the dough.

Method

Preparation
  1. Combine the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in the warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar gradually to avoid excess flour spray.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer the rested dough onto a clean surface and roll it out into a pizza shape.
Serving
  1. Serve the pizza on a large cutting board for the wow factor.
  2. Leftovers taste even better as they soak up the toppings.
