Method
 

Preparation
  1. Carefully cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
Making the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Drizzle the mixture over the peach halves and let them sit for a few minutes.
Grilling the Peaches
  1. Preheat the grill on medium heat.
  2. Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes until you see grill marks.
  4. Flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve the peaches on a plate, drizzling with more honey and optionally sprinkling with cinnamon.
