  • 1 cup Keto-friendly Big Mac sauce Can be homemade with mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Fold garlic and onion powders into the ground beef before portioning.
Cooking the Patties
  1. Divide the beef into even-sized balls (about ¼ lb each) and place them in the hot skillet.
  2. Using a spatula, press down each ball until it's about ½ inch thick.
  3. Add salt and pepper to each patty immediately after smashing.
  4. Cook each patty for 2-3 minutes before flipping them.
  5. Once flipped, add a slice of cheese to each patty and cover with a lid for one minute to melt.
