Cooking the Beef and Vegetables
- Heat a wok or a large pan over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil.
- Once hot, add the diced onion and minced beef. Season with a pinch of salt.
- Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure the meat browns properly.
- When the beef is fully cooked, add the minced garlic and gochujang paste. Mix well.
- Add the spiralised zucchini to the pan and toss everything together.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the zoodles and stir to combine.
