Combine the Dry and Wet Ingredients
- Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Shape the Cookies
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between them.
Bake
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are just golden.
Cool and Frost
- Allow cookies to cool completely before frosting.
- Pipe your strawberry frosting onto the flat side of one cookie and sandwich with another.
