  • ¼ cup honey Local honey has great flavor.
  • ¼ cup butter Use real butter, not margarine.
Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups cornflakes Generic brand works well.
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows They melt in your mouth!
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Milk chocolate is recommended.

Method
 

Mix Your Wet Ingredients
  1. Scoop peanut butter and honey into a mixing bowl and mix well.
Add the Cornflakes
  1. Gently fold in the cornflakes until they are nicely coated.
Add Marshmallows and Chocolate Chips
  1. Fold in the marshmallows and chocolate chips gently.
Form Your Cookies

Chill in the Fridge
