Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt It's got super protein power.
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter I’m partial to Meridian—no added rubbish.
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup Use honey for the kids; maple syrup seems like a luxury.
Crunch Ingredients
  • 1 cup granola Whatever’s in the pantry; nutty mix is best for crunch.
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips Optional, because life’s too short not to indulge a little.

Notes

These bites can be made days in advance and stored covered. Leftovers taste even better as flavors meld. They can be served in mismatched bowls for a fun presentation.
