Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
- Use a round cutter or a glass to cut out 3-4 inch circles of dough.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of cheese on each circle. Sprinkle a bit of Italian seasoning on top.
- Carefully fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
Baking
- Place the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush them with the beaten egg and sprinkle a bit of salt on top before baking for 12-15 minutes.
