Biscuit Base
  • 1 can can of flaky biscuits (Pillsbury or any brand) Any flaky biscuits work.
Seafood Filling
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped Fresh is ideal, but frozen works too.
  • 1 cup crab meat Canned is convenient; fresh is great but not essential.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Use any basic brand.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adds a bit of zing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar is preferred, but any will work.
  • to taste salt and pepper Use sea salt or table salt as preferred.
  • optional chopped parsley for garnish Makes it look Instagram-worthy.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet, ensuring they are separated.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, lemon juice, and half of the shredded cheese. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the seafood mixture onto each biscuit and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is melted.

Notes
