Preparation
  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add chipotle sauce, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper, then whisk until frothy.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until hot but not burning.
Cooking
  1. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let sit for a moment, then gently stir until cooked through.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, toast the English muffins until golden brown.
Assembly
