  • 1 cup rolled oats Preferably organic for steady energy.
  • ½ cup almond flour Coconut flour can be used as a substitute.
  • ½ cup protein powder Chocolate works well; vanilla is a safe alternative.
  • ½ cup almond butter Opt for no-stir type.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped Chopping fresh fruit is satisfying.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Regular honey, no fancy types needed.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Use real vanilla for better flavor.
  • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers Optional snack for kids.

Method
 

Blend the Main Ingredients
  1. Blend the rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, and almond butter in a food processor until crumbly.
Add the Strawberries
  1. Pulse in the chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
Sweeten the Deal
  1. Drizzle honey and vanilla extract into the mixture and pulse again to combine.
Shape the Balls
  1. Take tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture, roll them into balls, and place on a lined baking tray.
Chill and Enjoy
  1. Chill the tray in the fridge for about 30 minutes until firm.

Notes
