Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground turkey, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
  3. Mix in the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
  4. Stir in the diced sweet potatoes and give everything a good mix.
  5. Add paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir well.
  6. Stir in spinach until wilted.
