- Slice the zucchinis into half moons about a quarter of an inch thick.
Cooking
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the pan, stirring gently.
- Once the zucchini starts to soften (about 4-5 minutes), toss in the garlic.
- Drizzle in the soy sauce and sesame oil, then stir.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds and Parmesan over the top; stir to combine. Cook for an additional minute.

Notes
If you burn the bottom, add a splash of water to lift it. Worcestershire sauce can substitute for soy sauce in a pinch.
